clickbank ? paypal - Cardmembers need to deposit funds into the card account before using the card. The first year annual card fee is waived and subsequent year annual card fee (RM24 for principal card and RM12 for supplementary card) will be waived in accordance to the card usage of the cardmember for the past 12 months.
