May i know what is the reason that PR din show sometimes???

what is the possibilities to cause that to be happened??
is it considered fake PR??

I think it's because Google updates it's PageRank's stuff often.

sometimes its happen too ... i just refresh the page a few times and its back...
i think google server might be busy sometimes...

If your site PR is not available, mean that your site is still new. You mght need to wait until the next google PR undate to get your PR

submit your sitemap to google webmastertools, my help you get index by google.

every time you update your site map, ping google with the URL below
Code:
www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ping?sitemap=sitemap_url
example
Code:
www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ping?sitemap=http://www.example.com/sitemap.gz
this ping is to let google know that you already update your sitemap, and ask google come to crawl

I dont know which tool or site you are using to check your PR.
Or maybe your site is new and still no yet rank by google (mean Not Available)
