I use paBox for my blog site: http://weblog.lcfwebsite.com. You can found some FREE tagboard services in the Net. There are alot of tagboard scripts also. Do yourselves a favour to search in Google.com lah~

for the scroll bar color, you use CSS.

If you want calender that record your blogging date... first of all, tell me what blogging software you are using. then i will tell you where to find Calendar for your blogging software.

if you just want a calendar for your own use (events, birthday... ) then try googling it.

well there are many blog servive that are free .. .www.blogdrive.com ... www.livejournal.com ... www.modblog.com .. all including calendar ..

if u had a hosting server .. u can install .. many blog software the most popular is movable type ... b2, and others .....
