Agree that blog is easier to get the visitors back frequently and it is SE friendly. So far I do not have much experience in blog but will try one day. How well the conversion of affiliate and Adsense?

To me, content mini-site (< 20 pages) work quite well in both affiliate and Adsense. I'm planning to create lot of mini-sites. Even think of hiring staff to do it for me....

It's better not, because they are the same contextual advertising program, which google TOC disallow that. But I have seen a lot of webmasters put them together (e.g: http://paultan.org/ ) and get away with it just fine. Some emailed the Adsense support and get mixed answer (some say yes;some say no).

Yeah blogging is the way for the WWW these days. The old-styled content websites in static HTML or pages in PHP with little dynamic content just does not dice it anymore

more people are going into blogging instead of creating a conventional content site. with all the enhancement in the blogging softwares, driving traffic in is much more easier compared to websites. I could see many established websites are struggling to implement SEO and syndication in their websites while these are already built in for most blogging software.
afterall, blogging community is growing rapidly thus promotion activity between blogs is much active making it popular faster

5 to 10 pages html website is the best for adsense or affiliate program. Less work and can get higher ctr in adsense. Compare to blog, hard work and you can only manage maybe 5 to 15 blog whereas with normal html mini website you can have 100 or even 1000 website that do not need a lot of time to manage it. Build, get links and leave it.

all is done using auto pilot. Use some link exchange script. Once your targetted keyword is get top ranking, it will be there for a long time, before somebody else overtake that position.

You just need 2 to 3 hours in a month to update that linking.

You need to work smart. Don't sitting in front the computer too long, bad for your health. Automate everything.

I just work 2 or 3 hours a day and got more than 50 websites to monitor. All in auto pilot.

now that is pretty interesting. I was surfing around over the past few days and wonder if it is really possible for one to manage many websites and ensure all of it scores well. In this case it seems practically simple.
question: are most of these sites are targeted in selling products or service or just providing some informations?

It depends on you. For internet marketers, they just build site to make money. Usually selling products and services that people desperately needed. Mostly build 5 to 10 pages mini website. They sell information and they do not give it free.

Compare to bloggers, they provide free information and making money from adsense mostly, selling text link and other contextual advertising. What happen if your site get hit by smart pricing, or your got ban by adsense or your site get ban by search engine. You lost your income within second.
