Feels like a rip off from vanilla forum. But it's a great effort from them nonetheless. Hopefully they will become competitive to the commercial board like vbulletin.

what's nice about bbpress is that it can be integrated flawless with wordpress and support akismet antispam.

I have gave it a try on one of my domains. Impressed with the simplicity and ease of integration, but not too impressed with customizing the look & feel. Well, it's still in the very early stage, hope they can adopt the wordpress template system to it soon.
