No! This is not related to Google, you can easily to see from their design. Not professional at all. They only using Google’s free tool and telling people when you register with them you can get these tools for free. Just like when Jusco doing 50% promotion and someone tell you that if you buy a laptop from him you can benefit the special 50% promotion from Jusco, which is mean nothing different if you buy it or not.

Since they never mention the renewal fee, I think we better be careful and try to avoid this kind of domain registrar.

you should ask them how much it cost to renew a domain since it is not specified in their website.
you can as well transfer the domain elsewhere to renew it for the year to come
