You have to work a bit and promote the directory to become higher ranking.
This domain is almost a year old so the value is getting higher, plus its already ranked pr1.

PR5- directoryhi.com was sold for more than a few hundreds dollar for example. Easy to make a lot of money and upgrade it to become higher ranking.

I am only selling to Malaysian please with verified paypal account.
