how to getting authorized domain..
udang, if yours maybank,
could we get others defining a big organization..
or creating any which not represent yours..

creating domain name should presenting your business is..
about yr legal implications of the words you use in your domain name,
i just don't really understand the rules..

Any senior could advice ?

I'm only senior in age but... pretending to be an organisation for financial gain is fraud - a crime in most countries. If you benefit from a similarity in name, but are not directly involved in fraud, you may find the registered owner of the name will launch an infringement legal action against you. If you are doing neither of these things, perhaps running a consumer information portal about m2u, you could still find maybank may apply to ICANN or the WIPO to have a domain name they say should rightly be theirs, transferred forcibly to them. See Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - it's claimed on WP that 84% of claims are decided in favour of the complaining party. So if m2u wanted that domain in the future, they could probably just take it.
