Asia domains

During the landrush , I registered 100 asia domains at $4000.

I knew I won't get all but thanks to ***** and ******, I got 6 good ones and they are porn and business domains.

Pretty expensive at $39 per domain per 2 yrs but which is good for serious buyers /investors like me and not from the hawkers.

Anyway, I still prefer .com

wow, you're one serious trader Chris... anyway, I wonder Chris... have you gone to the auction process yet? any refund for unsuccessful ones yet?

btw, just thought that for a purchase that large, you ought to have gotten a much better (lower) prices, saving at least $10 per domain or so...

at 3000-10,000 names being registered on daily basis since public opening no more than three wks ago, and well over half a million names already gone, it's quite hard to get really good ones in english. but some good phrases and words in various other languages are still available for grab...

IMO, .ASIA would have great value for 'investors', but it might take some time before the aftermarket for this extension would really heat up, probably in 2-3 yrs from now... But then consider that .com names took many years as well when they first got popular more than a decade ago, and today, we're seeing names held for over ten years selling at phenomenal dollar amounts.

You are right ...patience grasshopper, patience...

Yes, I get discount for large purchases and yes, I do get refunds from the unsold.

I am going to concentrate on what I have 400+ domains (WineInCalifornia.com, WineInWashington.com,WineInOregon.com Complete Online Wine Directory-Advertiser-Friends-Web Partners )

Yes, those who paid big bucks for domains in the early 90s, are reaping the rewards now...heck , that what business is all about..patience,passion and vision!!!
