Can someone help me on how to change the dns record for the .my domains? or is it all fixed when we registered it?

Nope it's not fixed and you can change it. Here's where you change them.
go to mynic website -> online forms -> modify

before that you need to get mynic to create a handle for you first...

as hongkiat said, after you put in ur domain, here is the page

If you have the administrative login, you can create the technical contact, once you have the technical contact, you can login to modify it (assume 2 different login, Boss:administrative, IT person :technical contact)

after you login, click on option 2 to modify, just like picture below
