GoDaddy.com blocked Malaysia!
In case you haven't realised, the famous domain name registration company - GoDaddy.com, has recently block access from few countries. Malaysia is in their blocking country list!

I NEVER say it is important. It is merely a news that I share with all webmastermalaysia.com members~ FYI, Godaddy.com is one of the most popular & cheap & stable domain name registration company. by deny access from Malaysia, We lost the chance to enjoy their good service. And we are wondering why the company do so... That's it. I NEVER say it is important because 'there are literally thousands of other companies who can do it'. BTW, I don't mean to rude in previous post. I am sorry if that made u feel bad.

I suppose the company put Malaysia in their banned list due to abuse by Malaysians patronising their services (I'm only assuming this, but I really won't be surprised if this is the reason).

not only Malaysia is in their list. Most of Asia Pacific countries are in the list(singapore, indonesia, Philippine...), too.
That's why I wonder about it. Anyway, we can get cheap domain from www.mydomain.com

I purchased a domain from them about a month before they blocked Asia Pacific region.. They said that the President of the United States had asked US companies to not do online business with the countries that were blocked because of high fraud from these countries
 . After two months of email battles with them, they finally moved my domain to another registrar.I also had another domain from one of their resellers and that also got blocked.. So it's not just godaddy.com blocked, but also their resellers. Now Dotster has also also stopped accepting credit card orders from Malaysia. I wonder what would happen if enom follow their footsteps....
