Domain Terminology

I was wondering if someone here would be good enough to exaplin somethings to me.

Ok, I know a domain name is basically the address of your website (e.g. www.DomainName.com).

But what are;

Parked Domains
Domain Aliases
Multiple Domains

How do these apply to hosting packages?

For Parked Domain, please refer to:
Addon Domain & Parked Domain

Domain Alias is same as Parked Domain.
I assume you are not referring to CNAME record of DNS here.

When a hosting package support Multiple Domain, that means you can host more than one domain name on the same hosting account. The extra hosted domain may be a Parked domain or Addon domain(refer to above link).
