Transfer .com.my
Say I have a domain (.com.my) registered through a local web hosting company (W1). The registrant, administrative and billing contact are mine. The technical contact is W1. The nameservers listed belong to W1. There is no website, only a "parked" page listing W1 contact info.
Say I now want to have my website, but it is being done by another web hosting company (W2). I know for .com, .net etc domains, there is the transfer of registrars. how about for .com.my domains? Do I need to transfer the domain from W1 to W2? How do I change the info so that my domain refers to the new web site done by W2? Do I have to do that? Or ask W1 to do that? Or will W2 contact W1 and do that? |

Go here https://www.mynic.net.my/mynic/auto_modify/welcome.cfm
Search for your domain name and login as TECHNICAL You may then change your domain.com.my name servers to W2 (your web hosting company name server) If there are no existing Handle, you will need to create them. Hope this helps
