You will be fine as long as you don't go for Network Solutions. They are the worst registrar that I've ever seen.

www.register.com and namebargain.com are quite good. At least I had no bad experience with them. And their support is fast and great.

Don't go with Netsol and Register.com/(sister co register.com -namebargain (now transferring all my domains from there). More and more registrars are blocking Credit Card payment from Malaysia. Last year they would accept this year you have to go thru process like verification and such. So just be extra careful.

My advice.. when sending copies of your CC front and back.. PLEASE COVER your CVV. (normally you have to fill up online from first and fill in details like address and and cvv via 128bit encryption). They just want to know whether you actually own the card.. We do not know what is going to happen to all the JPEGs (scanned credit card etc). Shop safe

I think Godaddy is the best for register domain name only.

ermm i dun noe which one is the better.. but i got a bad impression for registerfly.
