ugly TLD
 And many nice names in chinese are already taken such as 'hotel', 'music', etc. taken by smart foreigners  They uses chinese chars too.. eg. ©ž} (whatever it is) etc... so you'd better catch up because englishdomainname.cn is probably worthless.

If you'd like to do business worldwide I woudn't recommend it. Just like it was said earlier - when you intend to do business in China - it's appropriate.
