Can anyone help me...where somebody claim that he's the original owner of the domain name....he want to take back the domain name without any single sen to pay me....I think this is not fair to me...so what can I do next....pls advise...according to the "owner" the domain name can't be registered by anybody...although the domain already expired....

You can try the Trademark Office but that's a lot of work. If the domain is the name of a popular brand, a registered company name or even a person's name then it is probably a trademark. AFAIK, domain names are not automatically trademarked, unless you registered as such. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Can you share with us the domain name in question, if you don't mind?
