Of course
![]() But I make profits by buying and selling domains. I buy a domain, develop a site for it within 3-5 months and then sell it back for $100+ ![]()

- If its purely the cheapest and you don't care about the extention, then .info's range between US$1 to US$3 at different registrars- Registerfly, Domainsite etc. Regfly used to to 0.60 promo. Out of the 2- used DS. - If its a .com you want- most of the registrars charge between US$6 to $9 per name. Domainsite or Godaddy is recommended. Lookout for coupons for GD to lower ur price. - If its a .com.my, Hostrelax are quite competitive. Hope this helps. |

For .com.my I'm not sure becos no experience there...
But if you want a .com/net/info/org/biz then my suggestion is not to go with Malaysian company simply because all of them are resellers so the price will be still at least slightly higher than if you go with foreign registrar. Registerfly is having financial difficulties, so better not register there...dont go for the cheapest registrars because later you will have problems trying to renew or transfer...also your domains may not be safe. Try namecheap/domainsite/dynadot for quality and relatively (but not cheapest) pricing. Recent proposals have come into effect in ICANN, I believe whereby many registrars wanted to jack up the org/info/biz prices...I'm not sure what happened after that, but my feeling is .info price will be going up soon. |

I've seen a few mentions of godaddy. great company, great guy (i've first heard of him in 1992 during his parson technologies great years). but a little known secret is that resellers can actually save you a few good bucks while offering the EXACT SAME SERVICE and usually BETTER - ie. $8.75 (gd) vs $6.95 (reseller - ie. http://webpod.net. This is pricing without other purchases and even BEATEN pricing by its discount club! -- you'd get lower prices with other non-domain purchase like hosting etc., down to $1.99 for first year registration for .com/net/org.
OTHER SALE: * $0.99 .INFO for first year. * $6.66 for .BIZ (and lower for multi-year). BELIEVE IT: PRICES have stayed low for FIVE YEARS to-date !! NO TRICKS (like more expensive prices for hosting or vice versa)... Hosting prices are also ROCK-BOTTOM all these years. NO COUPONS NEEDED for these really LOW money-saving PRICES from WORLD 's BIGGEST REGISTRAR, with over 16-million ACTIVE domains (more than the next two competitors, combined!). #1 SERVICE, BUT CHEAPER PRICES! What else do u need? Try WebPod.NeT TODAY. 24-HOUR phone & email SUPPORT. 24-HOUR TRANSFER CONSIEGE PLUS local, Malaysian support. Not enough? TOLL-FREE PHONE SUPPORT!! (US number, but free thru most VoIP) No need to even pay 4-cent/minute, ie. for 1-300 numbers. Your questions, ANSWERED... ![]() ("CHEAPEST DOMAIN REGISTER OFFER BY MALAYSIAN COMPANY") Thank you if you've read up to this... |
