Domain Name Problem

Hello guys i have a problem here, Im using .com.my for more than a years . And after i decide to change to a new server. I update new IP number and nameserver at Mynic.net.my . But now after more than a 2 weeks i made a change at Mynic.net.my .. but my domain sometime point to old server and many user complaint it too.

And then i check at dnsreport.com..

NS records at parents server - is ok , point to my new nameserver

but

NS records at your nameservers - is pointing to my old nameserver

and i see at SOA records also point to old server as primary nameserver.

hope anybody can help me ... and what side i should make a complaint.

TQ

Check with your hosting company or domain registration company.

Or, provide us a domain name and a lot of our web hosting members would love to help you.

Actually im trying to figure out the problem .. is it from Mynic or from old hosting or from new hosting.

im still new to this DNS thing .. i thought just change IP and nameserver at Mynic and wait for 3 days, my domain name will work normal as usual. Maybe i must update something to a new server .

Im very appreciate for any reply. Thanks

Refresh your browser and use mynic whois.
Normally mynic using Mynic Handle. Ask your hosting company regarding Mynic Handle for their nameserver

Actually my problem is - Nameserver at parents is different from Nameserver at zone file and also at SOA my new nameserver is non-authorative ... thats why some of my user cannot connect to my website.

Thanks for help , maybe i should contact Mynic or my new hosting .. but they take loong time to reply hhuuuuhhhh ..
