I was trying to register a domain name via Namecheap. However it was hang during the payment process. And I am not sure whether due process had been completed.

Namecheap confirmed that payment had been effected via my paypal account. But I don't understand why the domain was not shown in my account with Namecheap stating the domain has been successfully registered?

Anybody can advise.?

Shoot namecheap support an email. I think the process probably messed up during registration. Or check after a day or two.

this kind of company, suport dept are very fast respond 1... just ask them to check...
i experience before on the payment problem, at another company, i hv make payment, service can use already, but did not charges, at the end of that month only inform me, i have to pay them again...

I got my domain registered yesterday night. It was because of their connectivity problem. Their support service is tip top.
