Can a Malaysian use Authorize.net?

Does anybody has experience using Authorize.net? or is it even possible for malaysian site to signup for Authorize.net as a payment gateway?

hi dude, authorize.net is strictly for US merchants only. they don't support Malaysia-based merchants / business.
