Just for sharing,

month ago paypal send me an email said that my debit card was expired and was remove from their system. I have send them explanation and at the end, they are unable to let me resubmit my card.

I have no idea why, may be already 1 year i put my card in there without verify it.

I call to public bank ask, the customer service unable to answer my question and also dono what is paypal(already predict that), and i send an email to their card service department and request some one who have this knowledge to reply me. and after a week time, their customer service call me and i explain all my issue, they agree to replace new card for me.

and today i receive the card already. If you all face any this issue, may use my experience as guideline

by the way~ any one have experience or not? if i add a new card in paypal and would like to withdraw from this new card? do i need to verify again?

ya, i did not verify it previously... because i did not exceed my sending limit yet, and did not know that after 1 year will be like that

You need to find out from PayPal why they removed the card from your account. Is it because the card actually expired? Or whether it was unverified for 1 year although the card is still valid?
