If its a VISA debit card you can withdraw from it. Otherwise I do not think that this is possible.

the cash withdrawal via atm fees lah!... you never cash withdrawal at ATM meh?

it's about RM10 fixed charge (for maybank) and citibank i dont know how much.. maybe 10% etc... because i only tried cash out my maybank mastercard. (but i'm not sure about this - since, when there's your money in the acc.. it begin to be debit card, either you be charge or not .. i didn't know.)

I didnt try to do cash withdrawal with my citibank cc yet.

if you wan't to skip the local atm charges... then use alrajhi debit card instead...
there will be no charges if you use the alrajhi bank atm machine to withdraw from your alrajhi debit card.... however charges will apply if u using other bank atm machine

calvynlee has a spectacular aura about calvynlee has a spectacular aura about
visa credit card to withdraw from the ATM will have 5% to 10% charges, as long is VISA, you will get charge

if your VISA is debit card, withdraw from the particular bank's ATM will be free of charge, but from other bank, sure get some charges

like my case,i withdraw 500USD from paypal to my public visa electron(debit card), 5USD charges, and withdraw from my card at public ATM machine are 0 charges.

I done it all online, i withdraw from debit card to my saving account all online, without go to ATM

anyhow... you still need to get to the ATM to withdraw from your saving acc... unless its really really 100% a saving acc instead of spending acc.....
