Hi, I am new in this and planning to start a e-commerce site.

I installed Zentcart, but I am facing a problem in adding product to my catalog. In the admin controp panel, under catalog>categories/products -- everytime i click on <new product>, it will shows "The page cannot be found"

Does anyone know how can this be solved? is there anything i miss while I install the cart?

try reupload the related file.
maybe incomplete during upload process.

Hi, do u mean the installation files? which of the files is related? to which folder I shuld uploaded to ?

none i wrote above is 'installation' file

if you cannot add new product.. let say.. add-product.php (this page got error).
so check.. either it's there or not.

in some case, while ftp-ing files in 'auto' mode, not acsi mode, some file will not transfer perfectly.. so check your file size.

the related file's mean.. ie : your add-product.php also include file function.php, blablabla.php .. so check all those file.. is it there or not.

Because in the common error "The page cannot be found"... is about either file is not there or got error during transfer/autoinstall.

If none above... , you should ask the script support forum.. they should be know how to solve it. TQ
