Anybody know how to verify Public Bank debit card in Paypal?
I have tried many times but it keeps telling me same error:

"We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. Please also make sure your credit card billing address matches your PayPal street address."

My name and address is correct. Any else is wrong?
Do I need fill in exactly as what I fill in at the application form.
cause I noticed some difference for the billing address shown at Paypal with my actual billing address?

Any recommend?

If you can, try to edit the billing address shown in PayPal to match the billing address shown in the credit card bill you receive every month. As you say, something is not matching.

just my 1.5 cents, you need to have some money on your debit card (say rm 200) before you can try to verify it

Yes, try putting in a minimum amount to activate your debit card and try again with Paypal.

So far Public Bank Debit card has worked well for me and tranfering funds from Paypal has not been problem.

I think the most likely reason is that you do not have enough money in your PBB Visa Debit card to go through with the process. Just add more money and it should work.

once your card reach RM25 balance, you cannot do any transaction.
Try to add in another RM10, so that paypal can charge the $1.95 (RM6-RM7) from your card

I not really like paypal as can't make lot transaction per day must less than $500 .And limited amount of transaction per day.

Can you share with us what the problem was or how this was solved?

I think c2z having a problem to verify his Public Bank debit card in Paypal initially due to low/no credit in his/her debit card account, the problem resolved after credit $$$ in the account

How about Maybank Debit Visa Card?? I got the same problem.. paypal cannot approve the card..

Again, do you have any money in the card? Have you checked your first/last name, address, etc to see whether it matches?

My account balance is about RM$$$.. How much the minimum balance required for paypal approves our card?? I've check my address and so on.. All the same..
