with credit card suitable for paypal at malaysia for this moment......
MAYBANK?
RHB?
CITIBANK?
or OTHERS?

You can try tude money prepaid visa card also.

EON bank yearly charges RM15 (if not mistaken)
Ambank monthly RM3
Maybank Free
al rahij bank free(deposit RM20)

so now the Maybank Visa debit card can be used for Paypal already? before that I heard the card can't be used for Paypal yet
