anyone can help me, advice me..

I have order a service from the internet, a web hosting service.. Its cheap, so I try it for a month. After a month, I have asked them to stop, but they have charged me for a year. I got an email notification from the credit card processor, about the transaction and asked them to cancel the tansaction. They told me that the transaction was cancelled.

Now, I receive my credit card statement with the payment of on year hosting service.

I should I do now? What action can I take to enforce them to pay back my money? Any law enforcement?

Firstly, you have to see if the service you bought from has a money back guarantee policy (usually 30 days). If not then you would have no case for the money to be paid back to you. Frankly speaking, if they do not have this, they should at least charge a pro-rated amount for one month and probably a service charge, and the rest returned to you, but that would depend on their willingness to do so.

A cancellation done by the credit card processor could take about a week to process. So check back with the credit card processor on this.

You can also do a chargeback againts the amount charged on your credit card by contacting your credit card company. However, if the service provider fights back, then you might not get it since you had agreed to their terms and conditions when you signed up with them..

Your best bet is to go after the credit card processor. Through my experience, they don't care about anyones policy.

the best bet is to go after the cc processor. Also if a chargeback actually occur in such cases then the hosting company would have to pay additional cost like perhaps a bank investigation cost? hehehe I doubt its much but hey its a lesson right? Do Not Cheat in Business or You'll Be Cheated Yourself.
