I have been cheat
Hello,
anyone can help me, advice me.. I have order a service from the internet, a web hosting service.. Its cheap, so I try it for a month. After a month, I have asked them to stop, but they have charged me for a year. I got an email notification from the credit card processor, about the transaction and asked them to cancel the tansaction. They told me that the transaction was cancelled. Now, I receive my credit card statement with the payment of on year hosting service. I should I do now? What action can I take to enforce them to pay back my money? Any law enforcement? Thanks |

I concur with aiweller
the best bet is to go after the cc processor. Also if a chargeback actually occur in such cases then the hosting company would have to pay additional cost like perhaps a bank investigation cost? hehehe I doubt its much but hey its a lesson right? Do Not Cheat in Business or You'll Be Cheated Yourself.heh heh
