I always use payonline
Up till now I think its reliable. Been using it since last year
Sometimes if my maxis eservices is down I will use payonline to pay my bill and I also pay my telekom bills thru payonline. It never failed me till now. But please do keep your reference number. Also I tried www.billcentre.com or is it center.
just try either one it is also another malaysian billing system which I use. These are the only 2 that I am using from malaysia. So hope I could be of help.

sorix: nope, I am not. Just happed to see the site. I guess it is not cheap to register as service provider there.
