I've tried it a gotten paid several hundred USDs back in 2000. But nothing changed much over the years, and it's not so enticing anymore. The get-paid-to-surf and do-just-about-anything wave is no longer popular after the quick death of its pioneer, AllAdvantage, and many other popular names including descending popularity of Msian-own AllCommunity.

If you have a lot of time, check it out, ie. for research purpose. Just don't put your hope too high on getting incredibly paid. Most of the problem's incentives are geared towards Americans, ie. many that offers rebates/credits for actual purchases.
