i'm thinking of registering to both ebay and paypal.
but i have these questions.
1) to pay for ebay,i dont actually have to have paypal account right?
2) if i register at paypal, how do i put money in my paypal account since i dont have us bank account or a credit card.
3) is there any other way to use paypal without having a credit card?

1) It is a convenient way of paying, when purchasing items from a foreign seller. You don't need it if the seller accepts other forms of payment, but most sellers on eBay prefer PayPal

2) That's going to be a problem. The most convenient way of using paypal is probably to link you credit card to your account.

An alternative is to maybe ask a friend who has a credit card to sign up for his/her OWN paypal account and ask (pay) them to send you money, which in turn, you will use to pay for your purchases. However, this will incur a 4% (or about that) fee.
