Hi guys,

I have received payment from 2CO by TT.. i have a question to ask you guys, did they actually charge more than the fee mentioned in their website ?

I supposed to receive about US$700 from them but when i checked my account it was short about US$20.. i have selected the SGD$ to be transferred into my local bank account and they said "they think" the corresponding banks has taken an additional fee to make the transfer into your account...

is that possible ? but taking US$20 for this transfer and then plus $5 for transfer fee from 2CO is toOOoOo high ... i am using Hong Leong Bank... can i actually check with Hong Leong Bank whether the corresponding bank has taken such fees ? or who should i ask about this ?

did you guys encounter this problem before ? please advise..

p.s: it seems like the safest way to get the payment now is by getting cheque =(
