- we cannot withdraw paypal funds in any way into Malaysia
- we can use only debit cards/credit cards to verify your paypal account
- we can topup your paypal funds using debit cards
- we cannot shop online using debit cards, so you need a credit card

I use BSN Matrix card for purchases at supermarket and shops.

Unfortunately, BSN Visa Electron cannot be used for online purchases. It has been stated in as the rule of the card ownership. However, I'm not sure if this applied to other cards from other banks.

Yes, you are right, just go to pb bank there to apply one for urself, its just took me 5 minutes in the process of registration then u can go home and wait for ur card

According to ckita and that pb staff told me, the debit card accound(VISA ELECTRON) is separated from the normal SAVING ACCOUNT due to security.

Just go to pb bank to apply one today!(the services at pb ipoh are excellent! many lenglui too )

i applied for the card already.now waiting.hahha.i think its prob going to take a month or so although the girl told me two weeks.

LCF: i really think you should spend it or cash them in.I dont know,but i dont feel safe keeping such a large amount of money online?

not large amount lah~ USD100++ only. Having money in PayPal account, it is easier for me to spend money online. I just renewed two domain names by credit my PayPal account.

Hi, I have tried this;

PBe Debit Card, can ber used with 2co payment processor. Have tried it.

Can also use with paypal.

But BSN Matrix cannot, although it has Visa Electron too... Have tried+ask the staff

Anybody can recomend a good courier service (cheap) with online tracking facilities?

I have tried:

ABX
DHL
Secure xpress
Citylink
Nationwide

-quite costly...

PosLaju International is cheap but doesn't come with online tracking facilities..

Else?

i don't think there's any courier service that will charge much cheaper than those u mentioned though. i remember Fedex was cheaper than DHL, but not a lot cheaper.

Please note that Public Bank debit card is Visa Electron Debit Card. It looks like a credit card with card number, expired date, and CSV(CVS?).

Does maybank debit card has the features?
