i have use SBB Mastercard to reg with paypal b4 but not suceed cause SBB not allowed customer to do online transaction...and i was frustating and thinking how to activate paypal acc and for pay some online service..
untill i get know about this forum 2day.. i got to know about Visa Electron Debit CARD only after access this forum

Same as me and I think the majority of people didn't even aware of this card's existance.

BTW, I had registered with Public Bank Debit Card yesterday at Sri Petaling branch. Pretty impressed with the good layanan there.

hmm...i have a question for paypa. My account is still not being verified because i have no credit card or debit card that you guys mention.
I wonder can i buy the paypal fund from somebody else and send the fund for items i bidden in Ebay ar ?

I think you need to be verified before you can accept(buy) paypal money from others.

You can send money without verified PayPal account. But you need a verified PayPal account to receive money.

Get a PB debit card now.

Just apply a PB debit card as lcf recommend and all your doubts, troubles will gone. I just have mine verified paypal account today, very happy

a question here, if ppl want to send $ to my account, izzit i just providing them my email address?

one question,after i verify my paypal account,can i start receiving money? from what i understood,paypal will give u a code which will show up in our card's statement.Can i only start receiving money after entering the code,or after verifying the account by entering the card's details?

If the person want to send money from his/her paypal account, you only need to provide your paypal account email address.

if the person want to send money to you via credit card, then you need to upgrade to premium/business paypal account first then send "money request" to the person. He/She then able to send money to you by visit a paypal payment page.

If you haven't enter the verification code, you are NOT verified yet. Wait for your card's bill for the code and enter to your paypal account, then you can start receiving money.

Hello buddies,

The expanded use number which you meant as verification code is just to live up the withdrawal limits and its not to verify your paypal account. To verify your paypal account, all you need is to just enter your credit card information with the relevant numbers and your account will be verified therefore you will be able to accept the money. Even before verifying your account, you should be able to receive the money, its only that you can't accept the money without verifying your account through debit or credit card as i've mentioned earlier. What i mean here by accepting and receiving money is that you can receive the money even before you verify your account but then you will be given the options to whether accept or deny the received money. To choose this option you will definetely need to verify your account. So i'm basically talking on my experience. Get it right !

Let's say now My PB Visa Electron account got rm75 inside, then how do i transfer this rm75 from pb to my paypal?
