Everyone is paying with paypal through credit card right? Unless they have balance fund in their paypal account.

Sound very weird. Anyway even we have debit card, does it mean that whenever we buy and pay, first of all we have to request money from debit card to our paypal fund first?

Then only send the money to the seller by using balanced fund in Paypal?

Yes. Because we cannot transfer money from Malaysia banks to PayPal account.

according to what ckita had told me, if we want to add some funds to our paypal acc, then we just goto public bank to bank-in some money to our VISA ELECTRON acc, then the paypal will AUTO add-in the funds, pretty high-tech.

wah..impossible gua..what if we need the fund in our debit card to do other stuffs leh, then our fund all gone to paypal fund automatically .

i dun think it is really work and it really give such inconvenience to us. Since every time we add fund to Visa Electron also kena makan by paypal already.

So far as i understood, no matter what card you have, either credit or debit. i would like to make a conclusion for it. Below statemen is true for Malaysian.

Have Fund/Balances in Paypal:
1. sending payment through paypal is then possible. Even account is not being verified can send payment as well.

No Fund/Balances in Paypal
2.sending payment have to be done in 2 steps

First , request money from your credit/debit card and add them to your paypal fund.

Second, follow instruction no.1 : sending payment through paypal is then possible. Even account is not being verified can send payment as well.

3.Request fund from friends or buy them elsewhere.

Then once you have balance, follow instruction no.1 as well :sending payment through paypal is then possible. Even account is not being verified can send payment as well.

Okay, so anyone here had try to send money from your PB acc to your paypal b4? If so what are the steps, pls list it out

No really snake... It's just paypal's way of verifying your credit card info. The moment you pay using your paypal, you will get your US$1.95 back...

lagi,bank simpanan national ada bagi yang gaji tidak banyak atau tidak tetap boleh juga apply creditcard but kena cagar fix deposit lima ribu , for this siapa ada experience?

Also as a warning to all people using debit card online. There is high fraud online and there is no protection for debit card. Once spend, the money is deducted from your account.

Credit card on the other hand have protection and you have a high chance of denying payment that you did not spend.

Therefore, for malaysian, if you can spend using paypal account, use it....it is a good way of payment.

If no (2), I also face the same problem (almost 1.5 month without any news since apply) until I send an email to PB customer service. They replied to me that my application already been approved last month but I need to bank in RM 25 first before they send the card.

Haiya... if only I emailed them earlier... waste of time
