I saw that you can withdraw your paypal fund through Cirrus Debit Card? but i just wondered how it works IF you dont have a US bank account?

Hi all, you may try US Debit/ATM card like Virtual Money (VMI). I've been using this for few months right now without problems. This card comes with US Bank a/c and can be added to our Malaysian PayPal verified a/c without problems.
Only things, I've to pay USD4.50 per withdrwal using local ATM machines in KL. So, what I did, I'll accumulate up to certain amounts before rushing to ATM.

For those interested you could contact vm.mal@gmail.com in KL. I'm paying RM105 for it and no regrect!

other then VMI card, do other card recomended?

I withdraw my PayPal funds via https://aussiedebitcard.com/ It can be used at any ATM where Cirrus or Mastercard cards are accepted. No problems whatsoever.

Withdraw Paypal For Non US-Citizens

Hi,

There're some methods I know to cashout Paypal funds for non US.

Open US bank account can be a good methods. we need to fill some forms. If you know the trick, you do not need to deposit $1000 to have the VISA ATM card. Just with $5-$10 you already have the ATM card. How much the ATM withdrawal fee, set-up fee, monthly fee, etc.

Of course got choice, public bank debit card and alrajhi debit card. Why pay so much for a shit thing when you can withdraw for just a small fees or free? Think about it man, think about it.

I agree. You can withdraw paypal thru Public Bank debit card and Alrajhi Debit card (im using the latter). The charges is USD5 from paypal and the exchange rate is the bank's exchange rate.

You'll get the money in about a week (my experience) and no middle man involved = you save more money
