Google Checkout Services

I just found out that google is offering payment gateway services called Google Checkout. You can combine it with your adword account and for every $1 used in adwords you can get $10 free transaction fees in google checked. Isn't this nice concepts.

Anyone are using google checkout services currently? or what do you think about this services... feel free to give your comment...

Rustum, which online payment utility are you using?

Anyway, Google Checkout has much hype as the PayPal killer before it launched. Unfortunately, the hype all gone when Google Checkout merely act as another online payment facility (not like PayPal, as a online 'wallet'), posing no challenge or whatsoever to PayPal.

Another big blow is, Google Checkout only accept Merchant from U.S.

i hv sign up google checkout last week to purchase hosting package! it need credit card also...debit card are also accept! it free 10USD when sign up, but i don't know how to use it yet!

by the way, google seen like change the policy, 1 creditcard only can sign up 1 account. previously 1 card number can sig up few account. correct me if i am wrong

I also wanna know how to get a US bank account. They seems like restrict the rule after 911.

Google Checkout is only available for US and UK Merchants only.

Legality wise, they are not considered legal in most other countries, please take note ya. Google staffs are not even supposed to mention about this checkout thing out of these 2 countries.

Reason is very simple, anything gotta do with money, is complicated.
