I encountered error message when I setup to send email thro my website at wia-training.com

Error: There was an error connecting to the SMTP mail server. Please make sure that you have specified the correct settings in Email Setup and that you are online. - (9)

what are u using??? a normal email client (like outlook/outlook expresss/thunderbird) or via your domain webmail???

if u r using email client software then it obvious tat the some setting error in you outgoing server configuration, try to check the out going smtp server address, outgoing port no and see whether your mail server require ssl connection or not..

if u r using your domain web mail... then call ur hosting provider support team to fix it coz that their job....

I got the software from group-mail.com. It is free email marketing software. You can send to 99 persons per transaction.

I have been use for other domain name but I have problem to send email using mail.wia-training.com

Now I send bulk mail one by one as I am sending personalised email.
