"xxx is on a distinguished road", may i ask wat is this actually?

Yeah. I also recently noticed that (eventhough that sounded familiar).

It should be a default message (on reputation) for the VBulletin script.

i believe you mean the rep power, it's probably related to the number of posts you made, you have these ranking names in other forums as well, and in phpbb it can be set by the admin the names of the ranks, not too sure about vbulletin though.

or just use whatever already defined in the framework/engine etc..

I think the admin should know the meaning, one thing I'm more curious is the Rep Power number, does a higher number mean better or a lower number?
