problem with WMF layout loading

hi, i was having this weird layout loading eversince last friday if i m not wrong. In the frontpage was fine, but once i enter the individual post section or even a single thread, all the layout seems not to be the same as before

individual post section - the column division seems to run away
single thread - all buttons at the botoom of a reply post appears to be text and the quick reply doesn't seems to work anymore...

and there mayb some other problem also..

not to mention the rep power and user ranking icons disappearing and showing the actual text descriptions.
