Are you looking for free hosting or paid hosting? Don't you have any specs in mind? Most of the host which supports PHP and MySQL can host you. You'll need to get more specific before anyone can really recommend anything to suit your needs. You must always remember that there are no best host, there are only host which can suit you best.
