the official price is RM100 (but mercumaya.com offer RM99)

officially, u need to have company register number. HOWEVER, web hosting company can register for you with their company name. You will get the domain, but the domain info is not urs.

u can only register domain from web hosting company. dun need domain + webhosting.

u can register by urself. it is still RM100 and it is much troublesome.

btw, almost all names are taken in .com ...

Hive.com.my / HiveHosting.net offers .my registration for RM100 (standard price). Only registered company with relevant document (ROC) will be able to register .my domain names.

However, you can add RM30.00 for us to register .my domain if you do not have any supportive document. Domain owner will be moved to your name after certain weeks and will be maintained (moved over to our name few weeks before your domain expire)

Consider RM30 as your one-time maintenence fee to get started.
