isn't Norton quarantines the 10 virus that cannot be killed?
check the 10 virus name, and search for the virus removal instructions. Sometimes, you can simply delete the 10 infected files(if you know they are virus file only/not important) Advice: - do not open email attachment. - update antivirus DAILY - scan whole system for virus WEEKLY |

For brand new virus, the best antivirus also will missed it(even it is able to detect some unknown/future viruses).
We refer to "clean" instead of "kill". Kill a virus is easy, just find out and delete the infected file. However, cleaning a virus is much more complex task. It is about restore the infected file back to its original stage. Therefore, many infected files are not cleanable and that's why Antivirus software quarantines the infected file and let you to decide whether kill(delete) them or not. Quarantined virus is being jailed by Antivirus. No able to spread. That means you are not able to access the file, too. |

haiyah talk about virus la spam la made me miss old internet days
where the viruses also less and that time i never received any spam or there is nothing like that before. The closest to a spam was pop up or mailing list. Now ar everyday spam spam spam. Virus virus virus cis! I tak kenal mia orang also send kasi me all this kind of attachment and this kind of email la say want to grow bigger boh la this and that la ish! My conclusion is Internet is much better last time Not in a professional view but in a more simple and easy view if in a professional view I think the net as developed significantly compared to last time. I recalled the first site created back in 1996 was so simple with javas, javascripts, html and etc. then 1997 came up with flash. Now.....whoa so many. hehehehe but I guess the more developed something is the more it needs to sustain that kind of development and thats why spam as we know today came to be. But who knows its just from one person's view right? heh heh.
