go google search engine,
type flash tutorials. Flash Kit, A Flash Developer Resource for Macromedia Flash 8 and MX Tutorials SWF FLA images clipart Sounds WAVS Animations Help and Support is always the first choices for me. I'm not sure if it will be found in the google SEO at the first choice. Check it out. there's too much too learn. Those website would help u ..but normally they teach u the basics..How to make it nice and creative, depending on your own. good luck. hash

try to learn the flash tutorial from the most basic 1st so that u cant confused bout it later...
try familiar with its tools and properties 1st...then try create simple animation..play with the frame and the settings...this all common step u must try b4 u proceed to further step which using actionscript to do more advanced work...
