Copy guides from another PSD file

Let's say I have two PSD files. I create guides in one of them. Now, how can I transfer/export these guides into the other PSD file?

Guide? Recorded Action?

You can use action panel.. start record the action..
You can apply it later in any psd. Hit run/play action.

I'll put the screen shoot later.

What are Guides?

Photoshop Reference Guide >> Working With Guides
....
Guides serve a variety of uses in your document. For example, when I'm working on a book cover illustration, I'll set up guides that specify where the crops are. That way, I know I'm not putting any pertinent information outside of the crop zone. Guides can also be used to create a layout grid—such as a two or three column layout—to help your layouts stay within a nicely aligned grid or column. Or, simply, guides can be used to make sure various elements within your image are all aligned to a common place
To show the action panel, select Windows -> Action from the menu

How to record the guides so that these guides can be created in a new document?

Manipulating Guides in Illustrator CS
....
You now have a page full of evenly spaced guides and an action to create these guides anytime you make a new document. Now click the "Stop Recording" button in your Actions palette, and you're done. If desired, you can also assign an F-key to the Action by selecting the Action, then selecting the flyaway menu and then choosing "Action Options."
....
Incidentally, every time you play this Action, you will be presented with a dialog asking you how many rows/columns to set. If you simply want to use the number that you used when you created the Action, you can disable the dialog by clicking on the little menu icon next to the Action Step, as seen below.
.....
That's it. To test it out, create a new document and hit the Play button (or F-key) for your Action. If you have any further questions, drop me a line or visit me in the Adobe Illustrator user forum here.
