1) Screenshot for a single-screen for home page? Shopping page?
Is it that just need to design a single UI page that mainly focuses on the UI design?

2) No need to be fully functional? Just the UI page without functions?

The picture is massive because that was put there for any of those colleges etc. who want a reprint... 500k pic is not for inline display...

Yes, it is a 'screenshot' type competition. The thing that is being tested is your graphical design skill as applied to websites, not your use of web technology.

It is quite usual for the 3rd prize to be much smaller... the real value is that you can put on your CV or website that you won 3rd prize... Anyway, just make sure your entry is good enough... and you only need to think about that 1st prize!

RM20 sounds good. can last me 3 weeks for my vespa petrol.

Some questions though:

What kind of e-commerce website is it (in terms of products)?
Will there be different brands of products / jst one company's product(s)?
If one company's product, what kind of product is it?

On a different note, i noticed : "An accessible design for partially sighted or blind"

Anyone has any experience in designing website for the visually impaired / blind? Do they have special keyboards / equipment?

Anything you like! Pick the products and the firm... real or imagined... do your best design and cross your fingers!

Pick what you like... this is to test your graphic design skill, not to be a real store

For this, think about things like whether someone who cannot really see very well can read your navigation or text, if someone is colour blind can they still make out the text or does it just become one gray, can a screen-reader get around?
