Requirements & Responsibilities

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Knowledge and understanding of data gathering and analysis in Service desk .
- Experience in the area of performance reporting.
- Understanding of service levels, their meaning and applicability.
- Knowledge of standard reporting processes and tools used for performance reporting.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to identify recurring poor performance metrics and escalate appropriately.
- Ability to analyse data collected to support and measure the trends in delivery performance.
- Has good acumen for analysis and statistical type work.
- Must like to work with numbers and figures.
