Responsibilities

The SDE is the single point of contact for all leveraged delivery services within ITO AP and is responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of services to one or more client/s. The SDE builds and maintains effective relationships with the client, manages the delivery of ongoing activities through ITO and ensures client satisfaction is achieved.

The SDE acts as the primary ambassador and relationship manager, representing the client interests in ITO AP and acting as the primary escalation point for major service related problems and issues. It is the SDE role that is ultimately accountable for the effective resolution of client problems, liaising with the ITO AP business.
