Responsibilities

Incident Management
- Assume leadership responsibility during a crisis/critical situation as required.
- Ensuring that SERVICE RESTORATION is the first priority.
- Co-ordinating the technical resources and communication responses required for problem resolution.
- Ensuring Problem Notification and Escalation timelines are adhered to.

Problem Management
- Monitoring and tracking of Incident Reports and their associated permanent corrective actions ensuring their completion within required timeframes.
- Conducting Post Problem Reviews where necessary, documenting the outcome ensuring a permanent resolution.


Change Management
- Evaluating the quality of all change records.
- Providing an open forum for reviewing each change record at the various Change meetings.
- Compliance measurement and reporting.
- Ensuring changes to the Change Management process are clearly defined and communicated to the user base.


Requirements:

- Degree in Information Technology (ICT).
- Minimum 3 years working experience in ICT environment.
- Knowledge of existing technology
- Good interpersonal skills, and communication skill in English.
- Good Problem Analysis and Resolution skills
- Ability to communicate/manage/direct/drive and set right expectations on team members/leaders on incident/problem/change management.
- Experience in problem management, change management, incident management will be an added advantage.
