In this role you will shape a vibrant, active user experience in THESPALOVER lifestyle-destination websites and oversee user communications including eMag. You’ll be expected to deliver significant growth in traffic and registered users by developing and managing interactive content, programs, online features and strategic relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Positive attitude towards work and people
• Customer service focus and result oriental
• Experienced in online community building and managing
• An experienced Internet marketing professional
