Web Developer

* 2 years experience in commercial software development (Web-based applications, PHP/JavaScript).
* Thorough knowledge of and experience with AJAX / Javascript / DHTML / CSS environments.
* Familiarity with cross-browser development issues.
* Experience in leveraging open-source technology components.
* A keen understanding of application usability (Design, Performance, Quality, Ease of use).
* Great oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as an effective member of a tight-knit agile team.
* Proven track record and have completed various PHP projects. We will need to review you code.
* Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply but you must have a finished PHP project (Commercial/Open Source/For Fun!). We will need to review your code.

Ours is a global market, thus our team members must be world class players! We are looking for the best! You must be able to write great code and even teach us a trick or two. Our salaries, which includes performance bonuses for great work, are aimed towards the top end of the market and are set according to your skills and contribution.
