We are a recruitment agency and our client located at Damansara Uptown, PJ is urgently looking for candidates to fill in the following positions below:

SENIOR PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Responsible for planning and overseeing the purchasing functions of the division effectively and efficiently.
• Preferably a Degree in Business Management/Business Administration
• At least 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Resourceful and excellent negotiating skills
• Able to work under pressure and conform to deadlines
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff
• May be required to work on weekends and after office hours

CONFERENCE FACILITIES EXECUTIVE

Responsible to market and promote the Uptown Conference Centre (UCC), prepare official quotations to customers on UCC’s conference packages, prepare and coordinate conference facilities and amenities as well as monitor booking schedules and monthly income and expenses incurred. Assist in the preparation of annual budget, corporate plans and monthly sales targets for UCC and also ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of UCC.
• Preferably a Degree in Business Administration/Marketing
• At least 2 years of related working experience
• Good and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision, self motivated and high initiative and analytical skills
• Able to interact with all levels of staff, departmental heads, training providers, hotel operators and external customers.
• Computer literate
• May be required to work on weekends and after office hours and also may be required to travel outstations or overseas as and when required

ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Assist in preparation and keeping track of Project Budget, monitoring Financial Statement and Performance Indicator, administration of contractual issues and keeping track and assessing of all claims.
• Diploma/Certificate in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in related field and work in quantity surveying consultant firm
• IT Literacy is compulsory
• Have a good command of spoken and written English Language
• Good knowledge of construction cost and market rates
• Have an aptitude for analytical works and calculations
• Able to work independently and self-driven
• Must be able to communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers etc
• Willing to work overtime and on weekend and public holidays when necessary

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Prepare and keep track of Project Budget, monitor Financial Statement and Performance Indicator, research on cost related matters, administer contractual issues and keep track and assess all claims.
• Diploma/Certificate in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in related field and work in quantity surveying consultant firm
• IT Literacy is compulsory

• Possess good negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of construction cost and market rates
• Have an aptitude for analytical works and calculations
• Able to work independently and self-driven
• Must be able to communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers etc
• Willing to work overtime and on weekend and public holidays when necessary

ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (based in Sunway Damansara)

Responsible for finance and accounts as well as office administration duties.
• Accounting Graduates, CIMA (Finalist), ACCA (Finalist) or Bachelor in Accounting from recognized universities
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in handling a full set of accounts for SMEs.
• Have an analytical mind and good customer service skills
• Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure and conform to deadlines
• Will be required to work beyond normal hours of work

SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT/ACCOUNT OFFICER
• LCCI Intermediate/Higher Diploma in Accounting
• At least 1 – 2 years working experience
• Able to handle full sets of accounts
• Computer literate
• Analytical mind and mentally alert

CONDOMINIUM EXECUTIVE (based in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur)

Attend to the needs of the residents of the condominium including the following i.e. fee collections, maintenance, complaints, requests for upgrading and renovations.
• Diploma in Building Management, Building technology, M & E or Civil Engineering
• 3-10 years of relevant working experience
• Good working knowledge of facilities maintenance or building management
• Good interpersonal skills with customers and with a good sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Systematic and methodical approach towards office administration and must be self disciplined
• IT Literacy is important

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Assist in design and coordination of civil engineering works, building plans, quality assurance and keep track of the authorities’ submissions and approvals. Also assist in monitoring project documentation and attend all project meetings.
• Degree/Diploma in Building Management/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in related field
• Computer literate
• Knowledge in the usage of CPM Programming and Primavera Software
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Have an aptitude for analytical works, independent and self-driven

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE

Have hands-on professional with training and expertise in M&E Engineering who is familiar with all aspects of mechanical, electrical and the physical maintenance of high rise condominiums .
• Degree/Diploma in Property Management, Town Planning, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Building Technology
• At least 3 years working experience in Maintenance of High rise buildings and candidates without the relevant professional qualifications should have at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude towards customer service
• Hands on and results oriented

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing
• At least 2 years experience in sales & marketing of security products and services
• IT literate
• Creative, dynamic and a team player
• Willingness to work long hours

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Business Studies or related discipline
• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
• More than 2 years work experience in marketing, leasing and tenancy of shopping complex/retail space including tenancy administration
• Possess own transport

SALES EXECUTIVE

Undertake extensive market research on the opportunities to extend car park management services to potential building owners and property managers and constantly achieve quarterly targets. Also identify suitable land to be acquired and leased in view of converting them into car parks and make the necessary proposals to the Vice President and Assistant Vice President for buyouts.
• Minimum Degree in Social Science or Business or Estate Management
• Age 27 to 35 years old
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Wide range experience and contacts in Property Management, Facility Management and Car Park Management/Operator area of business
• Well versed with Klang Valley roads and properties
• Outgoing, pleasant, extrovert, can take rejections,self driven, hardworking and good at networking with people at middle management level
• Computer literate
• Possess own transport

ADMINISTRATION CLERK

• Minimum SPM and above
• At least 2 years working experience in administration
• Good typing skills and computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Able to organize office and filing system
• Able to work independently and should be of good temperament
• Able to communicate and interact with all levels of staff and customers on car park information and services

TRAINING & DISCIPLINE OFFICER
• Minimum SPM/STPM
• Diploma in Training & Development with experience in conducting training for the security guarding services industry
• Between 30 – 45 years of age
• Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packages
• Very disciplined, well built, patient and a team player
• Wiling to work long hours
